Most of the tenement is on gently undulating ground, with much of the land cleared for growing wheat crops and other arable crop farming. The Macintyre River passes between the Trigamon and East Yetman leases. Fecund black soils lie between the rivers flood banks.

Occasional sandstone outcrops and patches of lightly wooded Brigalow scrub are sparsely scattered around the region as shown in the photo.
