The Board and Management will be reviewing the Company's
corporate governance policies and practices in light
of the ASX Corporate Governance Council's Principles
of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice.
Recommendations. Following this review, the Board will
consider the suitability of any recommendations having
regard to the Company's size and operations.
